We understand the realities that COVID-19 has placed on many of our customers, and we are here to help.

Until further notice, in accordance with the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, Connecticut Water has suspended shutoffs due to nonpayment and can work with customers who may have trouble paying their bills during this time.    We will work with customers to set up COVID-19 Payment Plans for past due balances without requiring a determination of financial need and offering extended payment periods as necessary to assist you during this period.  

If you are having trouble paying your bill, please contact us by phone at 203-264-8100 as soon as possible for information on extended payment plans currently available through November 2020.
